Refund and Returns Policy

By placing an order with Futefy, you agree to the following return and refund policy. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Label

We do not include return labels in your shipment.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@futefy.com for assistance.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us with the following details:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (such as a screenshot or invoice)
  • A brief reason for return
  • A photo or video if the item is damaged or defective

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Just contact us at support@futefy.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.

After this 12-hour period, your order may begin production or shipping, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Futefy is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
