Cancel / Change Order

At Futefy, we understand that plans can change or small mistakes can happen. That’s why we offer a short window after your purchase for you to cancel or modify your order if needed.

4-Hour Adjustment Window

You have up to 4 hours from the time of purchase to request:

  • Order cancellation

  • Changes to the product, size, or color

  • Updates to the recipient’s name or shipping address

  • Add or edit gift messages

To request a change or cancellation within this timeframe, please:

  • Email us at support@futefy.com

  • Include your Order Number and a clear description of your request

Our team will do its best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.

After 4 Hours: Order Processing Begins

Once the 4-hour window has passed, your order may already be in production or packaging — especially if it includes personalized or made-to-order items.

At this stage:

  • Cancellations and changes are not guaranteed

  • We will still make every effort to help, but adjustments may no longer be possible

We appreciate your understanding, as we are committed to ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for every order.

Address Edits

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your checkout.

If you discover an error after placing your order:

  • Contact us within 4 hours to request a correction

  • After 4 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes, as the order may already be in courier processing
