1. Accepted Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to give customers flexibility at checkout.

Eligibility, approval, and repayment terms are determined entirely by the respective BNPL provider.

1.4 Prepaid Cards and Gift Cards

  • Prepaid credit cards that are enabled for online purchases are accepted
  • Only official Futefy gift cards can be redeemed on our website

1.5 Payment Methods Not Accepted

We do not support the following payment types:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Checks or money orders
  • Direct bank transfers (unless explicitly offered at checkout)
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Gift cards issued by third-party retailers

2. Currency

All orders placed on futefy.com are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction fees, which are not controlled by Futefy.

3. Payment Authorization and Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, orders may be subject to verification checks, which can include:

Payment is collected immediately at checkout once an order is placed.

Orders cannot be shipped without completed and verified payment.

Futefy does not impose hidden or undisclosed charges.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are handled according to our Return Policy and are issued only to the original payment method.

Total refund time is typically up to 5 business days.

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days:

If the original card has expired, your bank may redirect the refund to your updated account.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you notice a billing concern, please contact us before submitting a chargeback to your bank.

Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to:

  • Order cancellation
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Loss of future purchasing privileges

We fully cooperate with payment processors and provide complete documentation during dispute resolution.

10. Changes to Payment Information

Once an order has been placed, the selected payment method cannot be modified.

To correct payment details:

  • Request order cancellation (if the order has not entered processing), then
  • Place a new order using the correct payment information
