For made-to-order or personalized products, production begins only after payment is successfully processed.

All payments are processed through PayPal, and your credit card statement will reflect the transaction as PayPal.

Note: Futefy does not store or process your credit card details on our website. Your payment information is encrypted and securely handled by trusted third-party processors.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of many of our products, refund eligibility may vary. However, your satisfaction is always our priority.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within the period outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
