This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains the conditions, time limits, and restrictions related to order cancellations or modifications placed on futefy.com. It applies to all orders shipped within the 50 United States and fulfilled through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once an order enters processing, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 When Cancellation Is Possible

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided that processing has not yet started.

We respond to cancellation requests within 24 business hours.

2.2 When Cancellation Is Not Available

Cancellation cannot be accommodated if:

  • The order is being packed
  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order has already shipped
  • More than 12 hours have passed since the order was placed

If the order has shipped, customers must wait for delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Order Changes and Modifications

We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on the order’s processing status.

Product changes depend on inventory availability:

  • If the replacement item costs more, we will provide a payment link for the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method

4. Fees Related to Changes or Cancellations

  • No cancellation fees apply if the order has not entered processing
  • No fees for correcting customer details before processing
  • Carrier rerouting fees (if applicable) are charged by the carrier, not Futefy

5. Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It cannot be modified

Customers must wait for delivery and then submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

  • A 30-day return window
  • No return or restocking fees
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of item receipt

Carrier investigations may be required for lost or delayed shipments.

6. Special Situations

6.1 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable before processing, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement of equal value
  • Store credit

6.2 Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately.
Duplicate orders that have not shipped will be canceled and refunded.

6.3 Checkout Errors

Errors such as selecting the wrong size, color, or quantity must be reported within 12 hours of placing the order to be eligible for correction.
